She set her own business up in 2000 to fill the gap in the market place of good quality Professionals. She has provided secretarial services to Trustees, project management, process mapping, strategy and communication reviews, risk control, de-risking, liability management, budget monitoring, management of third parties and works very closely with both Trustees, Corporate Trustee boards and Sole Independent Trustees.
She has been involved with a wide variety of Schemes over the years, some with assets between £10 to £25 million, and other Schemes over £50 to £900 million. Jackie is very familiar with numerous asset classes and understands the issues around de-risking too early.
Her work has covered both DB and DC Schemes, mainly trust based but also some contract-based arrangements. Jackie has found ways to reduce corporate costs and merge pension schemes where possible to simplify arrangements for both the Trustee boards and sponsor.
Jackie has worked with many different Trustee boards and is competent in her work with Trustee boards and is now expanding into an area she is very familiar with.
