Before joining HS Trustees, Kevin was a senior executive responsible for Pensions and Trustees for over 400 Schemes and has been at the heart of change as both a Trustee and Sponsor for many years. He has been responsible for businesses including benefit consultancies, investment management and Trustee companies.

Kevin has managed and advised trustee boards and sponsors with pension schemes ranging in size from £250k to £50bn. Kevin has worked on a range of strategically focused and complex projects operating across a number of sectors including financial services, telecoms, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and professional services.

Kevin has a wide range of skills and experience on everything pension related and likes to focus on Schemes where the relationships between the Trustees and Sponsor could be improved or there are issues to fix.

Having been responsible for Schemes from both a Trustee and Corporate perspective he is particularly adept at bridging the gap between the Corporate and Trustees needs and obligations. Kevin quickly gets to the crux of issues across (potentially conflicted) stakeholders and then co-develop solutions that result in sensible commercial outcomes, whilst safeguarding members’ benefits. He excels at taking decisive action to ensure things get done.
