Adrian has over 40 years in the pension industry including managerial roles at two major IT companies as well as a breakdown company and a company that delivers exceptional experiences every day to older people. He has also worked for two major consultancies with clients ranging from just a handful to over 60K and assets from just a few thousand pounds to well over £6bn. His last role was as Manager and Scheme Secretary for the last operating coal fired powered station in the UK.

During his career he has worked with both sponsors and trustees, both UK and USA based companies, so understands the needs and challenges of both. 

He was a member of the Pickering Review and over the years has presented at conferences both here in the UK and in Europe on various aspects of pensions and his specialisms include administration and communications.

Adrian started his working life in banking but left because he couldn’t get on with the numbers. Given that until recently he had to spend an inordinate amount of time with spreadsheets, investments, valuations and accountants he admits to a certain poetic justice!

He is PTPMI (Accred) as well as an APPT accredited Professional Trustee.
