Paula is a Professional Trustee, with over 35 years’ experience in the pensions industry and has worked directly with trustee boards and sponsors for over 20 years.

During her career she has managed schemes and trustee boards across a number of industry sectors across Central Scotland, most recently as Head of Pensions for The Weir Group and previously in roles with Forth Ports, University of Edinburgh and Johnston Press.

Paula is a Fellow of the PMI and is accredited as a Professional Trustee by the PMI. She also supports PMI students through her roles with the PMI as a mentor and Principal Examiner.
